Hello! My name is Natalie Brown, and I am truly honored to serve as the Assistant Principal at Velma Penny Elementary. With over 20 years in education, I still find joy in watching students learn, grow, and discover their unique strengths each day. It is a privilege to work alongside our dedicated teachers and staff while partnering with families to help every child succeed.

I believe that the heart of a great school is the relationships we build with one another. When students know they are loved, supported, and held to high expectations, they are empowered to reach their full potential. My goal is to help continue this at Velma Penny and help ensure every child feels safe, valued, encouraged, and excited to learn.
